Ned Wood
Ned started Incognito 15 years ago. With a background in marketing and design construction he saw a gap in the market for a consultancy that did things differently - an agency that spent less time talking about themselves, and more time making sure its customers were in the spotlight. For Ned, marketing is about your brand getting noticed, not him. Over the years he has worked on a range of clients from FMCGs such as EasiYo and Naked Muesli Bars to manufacturing suppliers and brand support agencies.
Ned is also co-owner of Manson Anchors, the world’s leading anchor manufacturing business. In his role as head of Sales and Marketing he leads the international sales team and is responsible for global marketing. He has also had directorships on several marine industry boards.
He traditionally says "yes" to a project and in true Kiwi fashion, works out the smaller details later. He runs with the mantra “there must be a better way” and this problem-solving approach and can-do attitude permeates throughout both company cultures.
Ned’s mind is always running in sixth gear and he is a real ideas man. Not only that, he makes them happen. A breath of fresh thinking in any meeting, Ned will get you going.
